Privacy Policy — Orkiestrator AI

Last updated: July 11, 2026.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for personal data collected via orkiestratorai.pl is Bogumiła Drabarz, ul. Orla 45, Koszalin, Polska. Contact for data-protection matters: kontakt@orkiestratorai.pl.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form / email signup: if you leave your email address in the form on this site, we process it solely to reply to your message or send the information you asked for. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the form).

Google Analytics 4: with your consent (see the cookie banner) we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site and whether the content is useful. IP addresses are anonymized; we do not run ad profiling or remarketing. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (transfers to the US rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (cookie-banner consent, Consent Mode v2 — off by default until you click "Accept").

3. Cookies

The site uses only analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) — loaded only after you consent — plus one technical cookie storing your consent choice (cookie_consent_v1, localStorage). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser; the banner will reappear on your next visit.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be processed by the service providers we use: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), Hostinger International Ltd. (site hosting), and our contact-form provider. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

Contact-form data is kept until the matter is resolved, for no longer than 24 months. Google Analytics data is retained per the GA4 account setting (14 months).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to its processing — as well as to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
